HESK was launched in 2005, by Klemen Stirn, to fill the need for better free help desk software. Over 880,000 people downloaded HESK since and thousands around the world use it daily—from individuals, businesses, and educational institutions, to government agencies.
In 2019 Mike Koch, author of popular “Mods for HESK” modifications for HESK 2, was appointed lead HESK developer. Mike is now spearheading future development efforts to make HESK the help desk of choice for years to come.
Our goal is to help businesses and organizations become effective at supporting their users, customers, and partners. We do it by developing surprisingly simple, user-friendly and FREE help desk software, and by partnering with industry leaders.
